Keystone Off Road Riders, Inc is a nonprofit organization of nearly 200 ATV and Motorcycle riders, founded in January 1990. Officially, the club is based in Johnstown, PA., and currently serves riders from Cambria, Blair, Somerset, Indiana and Westmoreland Counties. K.O.R.R. is currently working to develop stronger affiliations with other area clubs. Most notably, we have an Associate Membership agreement with the Three Rivers Competion Riders. We are also heavily involved in Project Ridge Rider, and in the statewide organization, PaOHV.
